In case you missed it last week, a new study out of the UK shows that women “who reported engaging in sexual activity weekly were 28% less likely to have experienced menopause at any given age than women who engaged in sexual activity less than monthly.” 


Sexual activity* is vital to your health, even while your libido evolves over time. This means taking care of your vagina and getting smart about what’s going on with your vagina during menopause.

Has sex been painful recently? Get to the bottom of (horribly named) terms such as vaginal atrophy / dyspareunia. Libido off the charts? Find your sexual revolution twin ...and everything in between.
