"I really looked forward to this every week – I've signed up for things in the past, but this for me took priority...you’ve really created something that’s valuable."
"The timing is just perfect for me – I’m currently in the throes of everything you discussed.”
"What I appreciate about Elektra is that you’ve created a safe space for this conversation to happen."
"I LOVED the workshop. Before this, no one ever told me what it’s really like or what's going on."
Virtual Salons are held on weekday evenings, 7:30 – 8:30PM ET
Monday, June 15: Hormonal Health 101
Monday, June 22: Menopause Toolkit: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Wednesday, June 24: Menopause Toolkit: Supplements & Holistic Therapies
Each session begins with a short presentation by the expert, followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A with the group – so bring any and all questions. These salons are a safe space to share your story, connect with women & smash some taboos! Can't make the session? We'll send you a password protected recording the next day.

"So many women I’ve talked to see menopause as an ending. But I’ve discovered this is your moment to reinvent yourself after years of focusing on the needs of everyone else. It’s your opportunity to get clear about what matters to you and then to pursue that with all of your energy, time and talent."
