Weekly Virtual Workshops
Wednesday evenings, 7:00 – 8:00pm ET on Zoom
Each session begins with a short presentation by the expert, followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A with the group – so bring any and all questions. These workshops are a safe space to share your story, connect with women & smash some taboos!
Build healthy habits and increase your knowledge with weekly assignments, readings and support. We'll help you identify what's going on with your body, and what you can do to get back on track.
By the end of three weeks, you'll come away empowered with the knowledge, tools & support you need to build your personal Hot Flash Action Plan.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Dr. Barbieri completed her undergraduate studies at Colgate University, obtained her medical degree from SUNY Syracuse and completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Barbieri is a Fellow at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona, and a Certified Practitioner at the North American Menopause Society. She specializes in hormonal health and the menopausal transition.
