Weekly Virtual Workshops
Thursday evenings, 6:30 – 7:30pm ET on Zoom
Each session begins with a short presentation by the expert, followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A with the group – so bring any and all questions. These workshops are a safe space to share your story, connect with women & smash some taboos!
Build healthy habits and increase your knowledge with weekly assignments, readings and support. We'll help you identify what's going on with your body, and what you can do to get back on track.
By the end of three weeks, you'll come away empowered with the knowledge, tools & support you need to build your personal Sleep Action Plan.

Jacqueline is an ANCC board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health, including the menopausal transition, sexual health, urology, and gynecologic issues. She is Assistant Medical Director at Maze Health and an active member of the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates. Jacqueline has two kids. She lives in Connecticut but is a New Yorker at heart. She’s passionate about elevating women through education and excellent care.
