Does Elektra Health replace my gynecologist?

No, Elektra is not designed to replace your gynecologist. Our program connects you with experienced menopause doctors who create a targeted plan and roadmap customized to your needs and goals. At your request, we are happy to share your care plan and notes with your existing providers.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, additional lab tests and prescriptions may be covered by your existing insurance.

What does treatment look like?
Elektra's treatment plans are tailored to each individual and her needs. Your Elektra doctor may recommend a variety of approaches, including lifestyle changes, over-the-counter supplements and prescription medication, including hormone therapy when appropriate.

Does this cover labs and tests?
Your Elektra doctor may request additional labs and tests (i.e., blood work, mammogram) after your first visit. If so, we will help you locate a lab in your area to complete these steps. Depending on your insurance, many tests and medications can be covered.
